PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES

 

As REVEL OYUN YAZILIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), the privacy and security of your personal data are among our top priorities. In this context, we would like to inform you about the use and protection of your personal data processed by us, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”).

If a job candidate includes reference information in their resume, they are obliged to inform the Reference about being contacted for reference purposes and share the Reference’s data with the Data Controller after this information.

We would like to remind you that we are not interested in your special category personal data (such as race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership in association, foundation or union, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, biometric and genetic data) and will not accept responsibility if you include them in your resume.

 

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred

If necessary or requested, personal data can be transferred to relevant public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation. It can be shared with our lawyers to the extent necessary within the framework of the obligation of confidentiality for the purpose of following legal processes.

Information and communication technology applications and software (“IT Systems”) will be used in the conduct of our business activities. The infrastructure and databases of the services provided are located abroad. Your personal data may be shared and processed with the foreign data center if necessary, due to the infrastructure and databases of the IT Systems used for communication activities, business activities, storage, and archiving processes being located abroad. The transfer of personal data abroad will be carried out based on your explicit consent in accordance with KVKK Article 9(1).

 

Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic methods and, in some cases, non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons mentioned in this document and for the purposes of processing personal data stated herein. Personal data containing documents are collected through hand delivery, email, career websites, and digital technologies.

 

Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights as the data subject:

  1. a) To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  2. b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  3. c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately,
  4. d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. e) To request correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  6. f) To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7,
  7. g) To request notification of the actions taken under subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  8. h) To object to any adverse consequences arising from the analysis of your processed data solely through automated systems,
  9. i) To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

 

You can submit your requests regarding your rights mentioned above by filling in all the information specified in the Relevant Person Application Form, in accordance with Article 11 and Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

  • Or by other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.

 

Changes and Updates

This Job Applicant Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. Necessary changes can be made to this privacy notice in line with the changes in the relevant legal legislation and/or the personal data processing purposes and policies of the Company.

 

EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE

I hereby give my explicit consent for the processing of my personal and/or sensitive personal data that I have provided to the Company, within the scope of the Employee Candidate Information Notice, for the purposes specified below:

 

I consent to the transfer of my personal data abroad for the purposes of conducting communication activities, conducting business activities, and conducting storage archive activities.
